Thursday, February 12, 2009...Renate Zarbailov, from New York City, has been working on his art project called "The Truth is..." for the past 4 years. Zarbailov has visiting Portland on Thursday and asking people he met to hold up a picture frame and answer the question, What does truth mean to you, while being videotaped. Charles Rotmil, of Portland was one of the subjects he found in Portland's Monument Square. His work can be seen at www.truth.imtv.us.
